Bar, Functions and Café Staff

Located on the beautiful UWA Campus, the UWA Student Guild operates several catering outlets, allowing for a diverse range of offerings to students and staff alike.

As we prepare for a busy 2025, we are now seeking enthusiastic, friendly and customer service-oriented individuals to join our team in the following roles:

• Café All-Rounders: Barista experience preferred.
• Functions and Tavern/Bar Duty Manager: Must hold a valid RSA, Approved Manager license and Driver’s license. Duties include set up, pack down and delivery of events.
• Functions Casual Staff: Must hold a valid RSA and Driver’s license. 
• Tavern/Bar Staff: Must hold a valid RSA; bar service experience and Approved Manager license are preferred.

A variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, are available for most positions.

Ideally candidates will possess the following qualities:

• Previous experience in a busy café, tavern/bar or functions venue
• A friendly and approachable attitude
• Strong ability to positively connect with all customers
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
