**Job Description:**
As a Barista at soul origin, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, and ensuring the highest level of service. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a vital role in our customers’ experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve a range of coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and answering questions about menu items.
- Maintain knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and menu offerings to provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and work collaboratively with colleagues.

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience as a barista role must .
- Passion for coffee and familiarity with various brewing techniques and coffee types.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality beverages and service.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg .
- High school diploma or equivalent; barista certification is a plus.
