The State Buildings, in partnership with Lady Lola is excited to open our latest venue, Lola Underground in early November 2024.
Lola Underground is a new bar open Thursday to Saturday, offering a bespoke beverage menu including stirred cocktails, complimented by a small food menu. We are located in the recently revamped underground space within the State Buildings.
We are seeking bar staff and hospitality all-rounders who are passionate about creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Part time and casual positions on offer and extra hours will be available for functions outside of our usual Thursday to Saturday opening. Our ideal team members are happy to work in a small team and help out across all areas of the venue to create a fun, inclusive work environment. While the Lola Underground team is a small, close-knit team, you’ll also enjoy being apart of the wider State Buildings team with all the benefits and perks that come with that, including discounts across our venues, ongoing training and development and career progression.
