To do this we need the best people to drive and lead our Café teams on a day-to-day basis. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Café Manager to join us at our stunning riverside location at East Fremantle.

About the role

A Café Manager is responsible for leading, developing and maintaining the guest facing and food preparation teams. Ensuring service runs smoothly and efficiently during each and every shift and keeping a keen eye on the financial aspects of the business as it runs. This position is on a permanent full-time basis where you will be supported with training and coaching to develop your career. Developing people will be your strength and you will be an inspirational leader who thrives on the success of the team you lead. We are open from 6am until 9pm, 7 days a week. You will be available to work across all these days and hours in parts, within the capacity of full-time (38 hours).

Skills and experience

You will have a proven record of accomplishment and enjoy:

  • Leading and coaching a team to work effectively and efficiently.
  • Building and developing a guest focused team who can relate to all walks of life and build links in the local community.
  • Deliver exceptional service and effective management ensuring a high standard of consistency and quality.
  • Maintain and grow customer, team and supplier relationships.
  • Work closely with the cafe manager to ensure the day to day running of the cafe. 
  • Maintain café presentation, cleanliness and Dome integrity for your team and guests.
  • Be passionate about coffee!
