About The Role
With a passion for creating sweet moments for our customers, as the Cafe Shift Manager / Assistant Cafe Manager you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and coaching a large team to deliver the ‘sweetest’ experience and go above and beyond to nurture our customers
- Motivating your team to achieve sales targets and KPI’s
- Supporting the cafe manager with store operations and standards
- Maintaining cafe presentation to wow our customers
- Part time opportunity to work across a flexible 7-day roster
About You
The San Churro Familia is passionate about creating memorable experiences for our customers and we take on this mission with passion, pride, and a sense of adventure. Along with sharing these values, you’ll also need:
- Experience as a manager, supervisor or shift manager (in similar environment)
- Must have Cafe experience
- A background in hospitality
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service and leadership skills
- Ability to work during peak trading days and hours, including evenings and weekends
