We are currently seeking Chef's to join our growing team. Our ideal team member is more than a skilled professional – they will be passionate about fresh produce, healthy food and committed to providing high quality and exceptional meals for our customers.

In this role you will be responsible for:


  • Preparing and cooking an assortment of hot and cold food components that are as visually appealing as they are delicious.

  • Conducting weight checks in accordance with department requirements, to ensure that every dish is perfectly portioned.

  • Collaborating effectively with your colleagues to meet business demands and exceed customer expectations.

  • Maintaining impeccable quality standards and ensuring that all food product components are fresh and in compliance with our company's high standards.

  • Keeping your work environment clean and hygienic, to create the optimal conditions for preparing exceptional dishes.

  • Adhering to company Food Safety, Hygiene and HACCP policies, to maintain the highest levels of safety and quality for our customers.

Key Selection Criteria:


  • Proven experience as a Chef in a Industrial Style Kitchen.

  • Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery.

  • Proficient in using a variety of culinary tools and techniques to create innovative and delicious dishes, including good knife skills.

  • Meticulous attention to detail for completing repetitive tasks accurately.

  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, departments, and stakeholders.

  • Intermediate Computer Skills and record-keeping skills for completing temperature recordings, inventory, stock, and various forms.

  • Supportive team player with a passion for delivering high-quality work to meet HACCP and audit standards.

This role requires flexibility to work across a variety of shift times, Monday to Sunday. Some weekend and public holiday rotation will be necessary, but this will be communicated in advance to allow for proper planning and coordination.

The recruitment process also includes a Pre-Employment Medical (PEM). This role is labor-intensive, requiring you to be on your feet for most of the day and lift/move heavy items (5 - 20kg).
