We’re on the lookout for a Sous Chef who’s ready to assist our Head Chef to lead the kitchen at our newest brewery in Subiaco—an exciting, game-changing venue set to open in late November. This is your chance to not just join a team, but to be a part of something bigger. We will produce quality beer and create hospitality experiences that will achieve global excellence, regionally.

  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • Experience working with high-quality produce and building supplier relationships

  • A head chef with pride in their craft, and who’s ready to leave their mark
