** Availability to work a rotating roster over weekdays and weekends (shift start time at 5:00am, subject to change)

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area  
• Conduct temperature and quality checks, manage cross-contamination to ensure WHS compliance
• Display a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standards 
• Support kitchen team members in establishing and sustaining an organised and efficient workspace  
• Cleaning duties such as sweeping and mopping floors, washing kitchen equipment and waste management
• Operating a commercial dishwasher and handling cleaning chemicals  
• Execute food preparation tasks with a focus on presentation  
• Prepare and assemble sandwiches and other menu items according to our recipes and standards 

• Previous experience as a kitchenhand
• Food Safety Certificate
• Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
