A Pizza Chef at Brother of Mine plays a vital part in our kitchen operations, being a prime contributor to our new product offerings. They are responsible for making consistently delicious wood fired pizzas that adhere to our recipes and quality standards. Moreover, they are entrusted with the task of ensuring that our customers' experience aligns with our mission - to make every diner feel happier when they leave than when they arrived.

Key Result Areas



  • Operations: Strictly follow recipes and presentation specifications, with a focus on efficiency and productivity. You are also responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized kitchen environment that adheres to food safety standards.


  • Pizza Production: The Pizza Chef should adhere to clear and efficient processes to maintain a high standard of pizza production. They should keep a keen eye on maintaining quality while striving for improvements in speed and efficiency.


  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Although not a managerial role, the Pizza Chef should demonstrate strong team player attributes, helping foster a harmonious, productive kitchen environment.


  • Recipe Execution: Masterfully prepare and cook menu items while adhering to Brother of Mine's established recipes and standards. This includes the ability to accommodate customer dietary needs and preferences while maintaining the integrity of the dishes.


  • Menu Innovation: In the fast-paced culinary world, innovation is key. Our Pizza Chef has an important role in shaping our menu, suggesting and trying out new pizza recipes that can make our offerings stand out in a crowded marketplace.


  • Training & Development: Show commitment to continuous learning and skill development. Actively participate in relevant culinary workshops, in-house training, and demonstrations to stay updated on the latest cooking techniques and trends.

  • Innovation in Menu: The ability to innovate and add creative, successful new dishes to our menu is another measure of a Pizza Chef's performance. Regularly coming up with and executing new ideas will be an integral part of the role.


  • Efficiency & Productivity: Timely preparation of dishes and efficient use of resources are essential indicators of your performance. These will be evaluated through restaurant service times and food wastage rates.
