The Ravenswood Hotel is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the dining operations at our vibrant pub restaurant. Our pub offers a welcoming atmosphere where excellent food and service come together. Located just 45 minutes from Perth's CBD and less than 15 minutes from Mandurah, we offer a relaxing yet vibrant atmosphere for both guests and staff alike.

About The Role:

As the Restaurant Manager, you will report directly to the Venue Manager and Assistant Venue Manager and be responsible for key outcomes, including:

• Leading, mentoring, and training staff


• Coaching of your restaurant team to uphold service and quality standards


• Shift management and cash control


• Maintaining Venue compliance with regulations


• Developing & improving customer experience, promotions, and events
