Nestled along the serene Murray River in WA, 15 minutes East of Mandurah, the Ravenswood Hotel is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team and be part of something truly exceptional.

About the Role:

As a key member of our culinary team, you'll work in close collaboration with our highly experienced Executive Chef. The atmosphere is fast-paced, exciting, and undoubtedly fun. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Developing and encouraging a strong and passionate team environment

  • Ensure high quality of food and presentation

  • Assist with menu development

  • Support, lead and motivate your team

  • Work with the Head Chef to achieve target and goals

  • Running of the kitchen in the head chef’s absence

  • Ensure food safety compliance
