Job Purpose:
The primary role of a server is to provide friendly, prompt, and personable service experiences to all customers and friends of Brother of Mine. This service should be delivered with an emphasis on specialty food, coffee, and brand education. Your mission is to create a positive experience for our customers, ensuring their visit to our café is enjoyable and encouraging their return.

Pay Scale:
Different levels of pay are associated with the roles of Junior, Introduction, Food Runner, Wait Staff, Shift Supervisor, Team Leader and Restaurant Manager, each requiring a different level of experience and expertise.
